We’ve talked about this so much already.  And yet.  Here it is again.  (It’s back for a good reason, apparently.)

It’s a Self-Care kinda day.  Again.  Some more.  Additionally, and specifically.

When I woke up this morning, I heard our message, in one phrase, clearly and loudly.

I’m Worth It

Which also means, we have worth.  We have value.  We, personally and individually, have a depth of meaning which no one else possesses.  Just us.

Is it cultural?  Is it societal?  Is it generational?  Is it simply wearing these fallible body shells which causes us to focus on the flaws instead of the brilliance?  To be so finely tuned to the stresses instead of the successes?  Does it matter?

Our reminder is simply that we have to begin within.  We must honour our sacred selves.  And do it with intention.  We’re worth it, no question.  What does matter, is the importance of us.

Also under the heading of Valuable, is what we create and manifest, in and from our sacredness.   So this daily draw is precisely the proper validation.

our artist within

“God Of The Arts  ~

‘The artist within you is about to emerge.’

The true artistic self who dwells within you is awakening, and ready to emerge now.  You will soon feel a strong urge to express yourself creatively.

This creative expression will lead you to new and exciting ventures, projects, and ideas.  Expressing yourself creatively will also help you to balance and heal emotions, which in turn will help balance and heal you physically.

This is a time to be authentic and true to yourself.  Allow yourself to express all you feel without reservation, censorship, or judgement.

Honour the inner child within you – and just be you.  You can express yourself artistically in endless ways . . . . . “

  1. I am gonna go with cultural and societal; generational only to the extent that society and culture changes generationally. In a culture/society that does not promote competition, there is more self worth to be found.
