Even before that Tower look-alike arrived, we’d been dealing with Change. So today’s message wasn’t a tremendous surprise to me.
(The way it was presented took a bit of figuring out, though. Ah, the joys of being a dyslexic channel.)
It’s like this. We go along, go along, go along, then . . . . CHANGE! Or, we deal with chaos, deal with chaos, deal with chaos, then . . . . n. o. t. h. i. n. g.
Very much like when the energy of an explosion billows and lifts bits and pieces at the very edges of its impact zone, we are feeling the ripple effect, the hot waves of a blast, from a major upheaval.
(Which was exactly the image I was given, hence my difficulty in wrangling the entire narrative into place.)
It happens, we get used to a regular routine, our own version of “normal” (even when it’s anything but). The Universe did not say we are becoming complacent, but the general feeling was there.
Either way, we need to remember that our journey is about the movement of travel, the adventure we are living right at this moment, not what came before and not what’s coming up next. Mindfulness, that’s still our most valuable tool.
Ya know, in amongst all the changing and shifting and healing and learning.
But also, back around the card altar, where we’ve returned to our regular rotation, this draw is a validation. Showing us that, as we do the work, the rewards are many.
When we come across this path, without the challenge, we need only walk the length of it and place what we want upon the column. It becomes ours. When it’s in this direction, we have a bit more to do.
Is it about the changes we’re experiencing? The growth we’re going through? Absolutely. No doubt.
We can still expect a nice payment, but we can’t take for granted the fact that when we put in the hours, when we do the time, we earn our treasure.
That, however, can be a very good thing. We know exactly what it took to get this far. Because we walked every single damn step.
