Today’s message very much connects to yesterday’s.  It just does.  And yet, I’m not willing to call this one a theme.  Yet.

Partly because it has so much to do with perception.  Even though it still (also!) has to do with that “letting it go” attitude we just talked about.  (And yeah, talk about quite a bit here.)

It had the same sort of conflicted-but-hopeful sense that the last one brought.

To struggle,

to release.

When we look at our reactions, side by side with our emotions, we often see that we’re not thinking through what’s happening, but we’re feeling it.  And, we’re remembering OTHER times that were similar.

In order to progress, to continue our upward spiraling, we will need to bring mindfulness in, as much as we possibly can.  Or, we’re going to not get past our challenges as smoothly as we maybe could.

We know that struggling and resisting only leads to slow-downs.  But releasing, ah…. that’s our golden ticket to freedom.

Standing at the card altar today, I was directed to this draw.  It’s also part of our answer.

inner knowledge

“You Know What to Do  ~

Archangel Uriel:

‘Trust your inner knowledge, and act upon it without delay.’

Additional Message:

‘You are far wiser than you realize, and your inner wisdom has already given you the answers that you seek.   Embrace this knowledge, and trust it.

If you’re doubtful, ask me to give you clear signs to validate your thoughts and ideas.  I can also help you put your ideas into action, and make decisions about the next steps to take.  Just ask me.  And then be willing to work with me by taking action.’

Working with Archangel Uriel:

Uriel helps to illuminate cloudy situations by lighting your pathway.  He usually only lights one step at a time however, so you many not be able to clearly discern the ultimate outcome of your actions.

But you will know what step to take next – all along the way – with Uriel’s help.”

is a book recommendation.  Go HERE to see the list of this series.  I can’t say enough great things about it, so I won’t even try.  Just go, read ’em.

  1. Struggle and challenges? I’m calling that a theme! 🙂 With mindfulness and release as back up!

I saw you were keeping your tree up. We get a live one from a local tree farm every year and I’ve been known to drag the carcass (literally) out the door in February. I hate taking Christmas down. But this year, determined to not be dragging a carcass out, we, too, have undecorated, except for the lights in the windows. It’s awful, isn’t it?

I have divided a bunch of my stuff into monthly boxes to help with the seasons and also so I can actually see and appreciate some of my collections, instead of them being shoved into a dark corner somewhere. I need to get off my butt and get January out. Once you get your stuff up, take pictures and share!
