No doubt you’re all familiar with the idea of being in one’s own way. As in, we could be doing so much better, if only our own misgivings or doubts didn’t slow us down. That sort of thing.
The emotional toll of that feeling and attitude can be difficult to overcome. And yet, that’s sort of what we’re doing here in this life, parading along in our adventures, climbing past obstacles and sweeping our paths clear.
When I woke up this morning, this is what I heard:
It felt quite auspicious, this being my New Year’s Eve post and all, that we were being reminded to let our inner selves guide us. To let our souls move forward while our brains take a break.
This is a simple and wonderful way to face the next set of challenges and lessons. By being honest and being open. By stepping off when the stress and struggles feel overwhelming, allowing our internal compasses to lead the way.
The other attitude this one presented was of heartfelt caring. Like, that quiet, kind voice inside seems to KNOW we’ll be fine.
Our validation is right here in this daily draw, still within the regular rotation, here’s the same illustration that I have (as a framed print) on my wall directly over the card altar.
(Seriously, one of my all-time, favorite-in-the-entire-world images. If you wanted to sum me up in art, this would do it.)
‘You, your loved ones, and your possessions are safe and protected by Heaven!”
Your prayers, which ask for safety and protection, have been heard and answered. Any attacks or threats are now a thing of the past, washed away with the tide of Heavenly love.
This love is clearing away your insecurities so that you can feel totally protected and safe.
When you ask Heaven to watch over you, your home, your loved ones, and your possessions, your prayers are instantly answered. There’s no hesitation or delay on Heaven’s part – it’s done as soon as you ask.
Your energies can now be directed in meaningful and creative ways, with your mind clear of worry. Enjoy your day!”

Final Foreign License Plate Report of 2014:
is mostly just full of Iowas (more than I could keep track of, like at least 4, with no repeats), a singular Illinois, and one BC.
