One of the interesting phenomenons about us, as people generally, is how we have a sort of “contagious” reactionary mentality.  Our group-mind is vulnerable.  Which is not as bad as it sounds.

It can work in a good way.  When someone gets all complain-y, others near by will chime in, with negativity.  Conversely, if we show tenderness, care, and a positive attitude, THAT will be the repeated pattern.

             Our message from the Universe is of . . . . .

shared compassion.

We are now in charge of change.  Every errand, every meal, every single interaction and exchange can be infused with lovingkindness.  The energy that we create has a healing power.  All we need to do is use it.

At this time of year, especially, it can be more dynamic than ever.  But we have to remember the concept, the second we drop away from that Joy, we’re spreading un-happiness instead.

Returning now, to our regular rotation around the card altar, we have a synchronistic event which must be noted.  This messenger is ascribed the number 39.

Just like our recent Grace draw.  The significance of matching digits cannot be understated.

If we add down 3 + 9, we get 12.  And that’s a Three.  As in our 3-sided LoveJoyPeace intention/mantra.  Significant, like I said, very significant.

grace and transformation massages
“Swan ~ 39 ~ Grace”

I’m being directed to leave the guidebook information off this time, we are all familiar enough with Swan’s story, and that she speaks of transformation.  On many levels.

Reversed, or as a Challenger, she also talks about the Contrary nature of being out of touch.  What we need to make sure of is that our feet are grounded and our focus is true.

As we head out into the world, from this point on, we are changed, transformed.  We are better equipped, we now have the knowledge of Grace and Compassion to share.  We have a new sense of Kindness and Caring.

chocolate gifts
It’s next to my phone, for perspective.

A beautiful woman who attends my splashy class at the pool gave it to me tonight.  She said that I was a fun and instructive teacher!  (I nearly cried.)

  1. Mmmmm…CHOCOLATE! How yummy and how nice of her!

I have been working very hard at LOVINGKINDNESS, DAMMIT! as I make my shopping rounds. Some days are better than others. 🙂

Not a day, but an incident – Watching a clerk do her damnedest to help a woman only for the woman to yell, “DON’T BE NICE TO ME!” How sad.

A fun day – As I was shopping, in a serious hurry, I kept nearly running over or being run over by the same woman over and over. We were both getting testy over playing bumper carts. I finally slapped a smile on my face and said, “Wow, you and I are fated to just keep trying to crash into each other today. We need lights and sirens on these carts!” She looked startled and then smiled back, “We’re certainly doing our best!” It became a game at that point. “You again!” “Oh, noooo!” “Don’t hit me!” We kept running commentary going as we kept “running” into each other. Sales people out stocking shelves started laughing and pointing at us. It was ridiculous how we kept crossing paths and getting in each others way. But we managed to keep it from exploding us into craziness. One person asked me, “Do you two know each other?” She was surprised and slightly wary when I said, “Nope. We just keep trying to hit each other.” Maybe she though we were nuts. 😀
