Findings

We’re gonna talk observations, today.  The Universe would like us to put on our Mindful Eyes.

There is so much to see; we often miss the best parts.  Not because we’re doing anything wrong, but simply because we don’t know where (or how) to look.

Perfection in small places.

Stop for just a second, right now, wherever you’re reading this.  Gaze about.  Rest your sight gently on something pleasant.  Anything will do, allow your eyes to find the right spot.

Could be faces of loved ones, an ornament or decoration, a pet close by, a plant or tree, the ceiling under that sturdy roof overhead.  Doesn’t matter.  Because the item is the thing, and it can be ANY thing.

We need to do this more often.  Look, really look, and see our blessings and gifts.  We have someone who cares about us, we have some sort of home (probably), we have the beauty of nature, we have personalized objects which make our space more comfortable.

Do we NOTICE any of these on a regular basis?  Not always, no.  So, let’s change that.  Let’s make a point of seeing how much we truly do have.

And then, being grateful.  Saying our Thank Yous more frequently.

For me, I would like to acknowledge the last calendar page for this year.   It gives us another point of view, and more ways to see all of Life’s perfect images.

“Give Your Imagination Free Rein”

“The inner world of your imagination is like a clear, deep lake fed by the rivers of your emotions, physical feelings, experiences, and thoughts.  It’s the meeting ground for your reactions to life.

You may have heard derogatory references to the imagination that call it ‘invalid’ or ‘unreal.’  Yet it is your (Mr and Mrs) God-connection headquarters, allowing you to wander far from your physical senses and explore other realms.  Your imagination pieces together the seemingly impossible and illogical until it brings about new creations.

Have no worries that your mental explorations could mislead you, for true imagination is borne upon the wings of angels.  It’s pure and childlike in the very best sense.  It’s also untamed and unrestricted – even when you try to retrain your creative self, it’s constantly at work during dream time and moments of peaceful contemplation.

Allow the world of your fantasies to run free, and notice its ingenious creations.  They are gifts from Spirit that are conceived and incubated mentally and then born into material reality.

When you unleash your imagination, you liberate yourself – and you’re then able to live without limits and soar.

Thought For The Month:

I give my imagination free rein.  I courageously notice all of my creative visions, thoughts, and feelings, and I nurture them with love.  I am completely supported by the Spirit World in all ways.”

Today’s Personal News:

is to report that I’ve broken a bracket in my mouth.  Well, it actually pulled free of the tooth it was affixed to.  I have a regular check-in appointment on Tuesday already (it’s been on the books for weeks), so we’ll see what The Deputy can do with his tools for miniature work.  That’s LIKE dental equipment, right?

(Don’t panic, I spoke with my orthodontist, he said to go for it, snip off whatever we need to, he can make repairs next week.)

  1. Good messages today. Gotta maintain that grateful for the small stuff attitude. Especially at this time of year.

The title of this post made me think ‘jewelry’! And sitting here next to me is a pentacle I bought at the Renaissance Festival. I felt a need to put it on a leaf chain I spotted and I’m going to use a bail to see if that makes it even nicer. (I’m learning all kinds of new terms. I’ve never done jewelry before.) But it’s just been sitting here forever waiting for me. And I just really haven’t been ‘seeing’ it. But now I am, so I think when I sit down tonight, before I read, I should try and finish this up.

Eeeeeew. Metal tools in the mouth. (shivers)
