In our (my!) continuing lessons about compassion, today’s message is focused on acceptance.  And understanding.  And then, even more acceptance.

What we are meant to be aware of right now is:

It’s simply not our place to judge.  That’s the bottom line.  It’s not up to us to decide if someone is making the proper decisions.

We can offer support and valuable input, but we aren’t here to say “gah!  That’s a terrible fucking idea!” or even, in the infamous words of Cher, “snap outuvit!”

We ARE here to model lovingkindness and lend a helping hand.  We aren’t here to WANT what they have nor HATE what they’re doing.  We’re just here to be of service and to walk our path.

Also, this is the very definition of Pro Choice, by the way.  A concept which the anti-choicers can’t seem to grasp.  (Even though, ya know, their god gets it.)

As I stood in the card altar room earlier, there was a clear and concise direction to not yet return to our regular rotation.  You can plainly see why.  (Look closely at this illustration, there’s a lot going on, including a windmill ……. )

“Movement  ~  28  ~

‘You are in a time of forward motion.’

This is the time for positive momentum as you come out of a period of restriction.  You’re in a stage of new adventure and discovery.

You may feel compelled to take a trip, change your hair, or move your home or business.  Regardless, you can’t remain where you are anymore.  You feel compelled to go forward.

No matter what your inquiry, you will see your dreams take form and doors previously shut begin to open as if by magic.

Movement is also a state of mind.  The fog lifts, and you now know the actions you need to take.  This isn’t the time for fear.  Let it go and move forward.

Do you feel as if you’re walking in circles, seemingly not getting anywhere?  Consider the spiral that travels up and around.

Two steps forward, and five steps back – even backward movement helps  you progress and reach your goal.  You may need to revisit some of the places where you forgot to look for treasure.

Another message is this:

lessons need repeating for those who refuse, or are unable to learn them the first time.  Consider this another invitation to mastery.”

It looks like this one was a truly lovely event!  (Is that honey he’s holding?  Because if so, I want some.)  Thanks, Hanna and Keith, for the photo.

  1. 4 years to write a book? Holy crap!

What is on the ostrich’s head??? I’m really liking these cards.

I made Dan get out the magnifying glass….. it’s a snail, and a tiny bit of light green grass.

    1. Ah, yes. Our age bracket and the magnifying glass. Damned annoying. It’s sad, but I am seriously considering buying one of those crafty, stand alone, hands free, magnifiers. It’s getting to the point where I can’t, even with glasses on, dig out my own splinters. And my son, who loves sharp pointy things like knives, gets far too much enjoyment out of coming after me with a needle and tweezers.
