Held Brightly

We’re going to talk about something that, on the surface, seems pretty simple.  Very much like yesterday’s message, today has a community feeling.

To address all levels of connections to others, we are reminded to . . . . .

support.

Because when we reach out a helping hand, in return  we are also helped.  When we offer solace to someone in need, we then are also comforted.  The basis of lovingkindness is again our foundation.

What I was shown featured all aspects of life.  Working.  Learning.  Simply living as best as we can.  All of it with support.  Support offered and support received.

Whether this is aimed at our loved ones or strangers we cross paths with, it’s valuable right now.  Crucial, in fact.

As I sat jotting down my notes, preparing to flip our daily draw, I was directed to go with the new cards.  And when I saw the illustration, well, it was a sort of validation (for me, in an extremely personal way) that is uplifting on a major scale.

oracle cards, holy spirit messages

“Spark  ~  34  ~

You are a clear channel for Divine Creativity.

Upright:

There is a spark of creativity in you, and you have every reason to move forward with optimism and hope.  Open yourself to inspiration and allow life to show you its beauty and your part in co-creating it.  This is the perfect time to give birth to an idea, start a new relationship or job, or begin any endeavor.

Attraction is high as you connect with others who can co-create joyous experiences and join with you in expressing the finer aspects of life.  Watching a spark turn to a flame and stoking that fire is a gratifying activity.

Reversed:

Sometimes your fire gets doused by others who don’t want you to be all that you can be.  In that case, you need to move away from the ‘water,’ lest things get too damp.

The Spark card in reverse position may also indicate that  you are allowing yourself to be so consumed by a thought, feeling, or situation that you’re in danger of becoming completely burned out.  Compulsion and impulsiveness must be tempered now.

Rest by a warm fire.  Let things die down a bit.  Then you’ll see if the true spark will still be there.  If not, you can always light another fire at another time.”

I’ve transcribe both directions even though this one presented itself upright. Is this a good time to start something new, astrologically speaking?  Depends on the project.

If we look closely at the images here, we’ll know the answer.  Whatever direction we go, we are doing it with full support.

Today’s Deck:

The Enchanted Map Oracle Cards by Colette Baron-Reid

FLP Report:

begins with a double sighting, Minnesota and a Minnesota dealer plate.  Then we saw both peach and orange (Georgia and Florida), followed by an Alabama special edition, one of the Dakotas,  and a singular Wisconsin that only Dan saw.

  1. These cards are rather nice looking. I like sparks!

I noticed the Full Sap Moon and went to take a look at my maples. And, yep, despite the nasty cold weather this winter they are budding up!

  2. I do like this deck. And I like the message, especially as I started rereading my novel yesterday, in preparation for revising it. It’s a harrowing experience, seeing so much wrong with it. I had to get validation from one of my draft readers that it is worth revising.
