Today we left the house.  Well, other people have been coming and going, but I haven’t.  My library and banking errands just couldn’t wait, so I ordered a chauffeur.

Before we headed out though, I jotted down some of what I was shown earlier.  It’s about . . . .

working together, teamwork.

When we talk about our Team (notice the capitalization), we’re referring to the guardians, guides, teachers, angels, and members of our soul group who assist us from the Other Side.  But when we look at the physical aspect of teamwork, we are focusing on the actual people in our lives here who make up our family and friends groups.

Either way, we’re never alone.  We always have back-up.  We have a foundation of care and support which we are able to rely on.  No matter the circumstances.

And, if we don’t have that, here in the tactile world of bodies?   Then we need to build one.  Although, in truth, we probably have far more of a team then we’re aware of.

In every place we go, every thing we do, gathering our team (and acknowledge our Team) should be the first step.  (Once we’ve established where we are going and what we are doing.)

Today’s daily draw encourages us to go beyond what we first thought was possible, and of course, never doing it alone.

oracle cards, gateway cards, embarking on an adventure

       “Embarking on an Adventure  ~

I savor the wonders of the world.

Card Meaning:

New frontiers await you!  You are entering a period of expansion and are also going beyond self-imposed limitations.  Even if you feel hesitant, this is the time to try something new and do things in a different way.  You might even visit far-off lands.  Step out of your comfort zone and into some fun.

The Universe wants you know:

There is a vast and wondrous vista just around the corner, but you’ll never see it if you don’t venture out.  Adventure often entails risk, but without it, life can become lackluster and stagnant.  Plan a trip.  Take some classes that push you out of your comfort zone.

Experiment with new styles.  Do the same things that you’ve always done, but in new and different ways.  Go beyond your boundaries, step out of character.

Questions to ask yourself:

What is the best adventure for me to take at this time?  What has kept me from seeing this in the past?  What future adventures do I desire?

I savor the wonders of the world.”

is this one that we spotted in a parking lot.

Kinda hard to see anything foreign if you’re snowed in.  Good thing we went on an adventure!

  1. I do acknowledge both of my teams, and appreciate their aid. I haven’t left the house for a couple of days;had plans to go out but had to fight of a twisted innards episode and a cold instead. We were relativity unimpacted by the snow and ice (trees stayed up, power stayed on) although many were not so lucky.

I tortured myself and watched the KMTR news last night and could not believe how bad they’ve gotten. Four grammatical errors in one story, to include the somewhat unexplained statement: “It is unknown whether the elderly couple found dead outside their home in the snow or the man who died while shoveling his driveway were snow related.” Really!

I do hope to leave the house today.

Oh holy freaking crap, that sentence.

  2. I’d love to adventure out to visit friends in farther-away places, but that’s not in the cards (so to speak) for me right now. But my adventure will be looking into some alternatives to a regular job (although for someone living alone, finding a reasonably priced (aka not exorbitantly priced) apartment is looking a bit grim).

Yeah, I know I have a team. I just haven’t been reaching out to them during my latest bout with The Abyss. Working on that.

    Reach….. reach….. reach!

  3. Adventures sound good. ‘Cept I’d have to go to bed earlier and get up earlier than I do at present! 🙂

(Yikes! It says we’re supposed to hit 0 degrees tonight! Surprise!)

Nah, real adventures start and end whenever you want them to. Your rules!
