When I first began teaching a class (here locally) that we called “The World According To Me” more than 20 years ago, I came up with (was directed to?) a phrase which captured it all: yes, it really is that simple.
Because, in truth, all of the big questions, the what-ifs, can be simpled down to just a few brief answers. Or directions/suggestions.
We so often allow our brains to make most of life way more difficult and complicated than it needs to be. Today’s message and daily draw address this exact topic.
None of this is new. What we’re getting is a reminder since we tend to get stuck in our own heads. These nudges are what will shove us back on track, back to our purpose, our journey.
Yes, it really IS that simple. When we relax, we are at peace and serene and healthy. When we release, we no longer carry anyone else’s sticks, and the burden of our own is tolerable. When we open up to receive, we accept that there is plenty to go around and we ARE getting our fair share.
And here, on the card altar, is our validation. Our reassurance that it’s not any more complicated than this.
“Angel of Prayer ~
Ask the Universe and the Angels for help and guidance.
You are never alone, nor do you need to tackle or solve everything on your own. The universe, God/Goddess, and the angels are always listening, all you need do is ask for their help and guidance.
Prayer does not need to be formal or structured as has been tradition for so long in many religions. You may converse with the universe, God/Goddess, the angels, ascended masters, and all beings of light and love, in your own language and in your own way.
The universal power is your loving friend. The pure essence of creation responds immediately to all your requests, however, due to the universal law of choice, it will not act or intervene unless it is asked to do so. Discuss the current issue along with any other fear or concern you may have with the Angel of Prayer.”
Yesterday I forgot to mention how VERY much I enjoyed that illustration of Denise’s. Right now, I feel the same with this one. It reminds me of the Virgin of Guadeloupe, one of my grandmother’s favorites.
