If it feels like we’re getting re-runs from the Spirit World, it’s because we kind of are.  Or maybe, as I wondered before, they are simply messages that need re-visiting.

In this case it’s very direct.  (And in my head, loud.)  No matter what the circumstances are, the suggestion is that we throw:

at all of it/them.  Apply liberally!  Since the overall concept of this belief (concept? mindset?) is so supremely beneficial, to ourselves as well as others, I can totally see how it would help.

On our card altar this afternoon, I went outside of the regular rotation.   It felt as though we needed some extra encouragement.  Fabulously enough, we received it.

archangels, messages from saints and angels, oracle cards

Your prayers have been heard and answered.

Have faith.

Additional Message:

You deserve this time of victory.  Your unwavering focus and dedication have resulted in blissful manifestation.  Peace and pleasant feelings are yours right now.

The Oregon Garden,
winter version.

For much better views, go see THIS.  And then, when you next have the chance, go visit.  It’s an amazing thing that we didn’t even know was here.  Well, we didn’t know until Dan’s sister came to visit and toured us around our own state.

Today’s Festive Occasion:

is that very same sibling mentioned above.  It’s her birthday   And we’re celebrating.  Thank you, Barbara, more than we can say, for the wonderful time we’ve had while you were here.  Happiest if Happy Days!

  1. I am enjoying the return of the snow on your blog. I notice that driving behaviors are very different here, and no one seems to be in a big rush to go anywhere. It is a welcome change, although the speed limits are pretty low; 45 a lot of places. Lovingkindness, or a little Aloha spirit, maybe.

We SO have to go to the Oregon Garden for the brewfest in April… Just sayin’.

    Oooooooo, Aloha Spirit………
    I miss that, too.

There’s also a quilt show in January. 😉

  2. Perhaps I should write “lovingkindness” on the inside of my car windshield for all the ‘not fun’ I’m going to be having in the silly season traffic and shopping in the stores. (Have I mentioned how much I don’t like crowds?) (Especially crowds full of seasonal crazy people?)

Do you shop from a list? Write that at the top and bottom. And take a Post It that says lovingkindness on it for in the car.

    1. NEVERMIIIIIIIND!!! I found the WordPress post explaining the changes! They still have not explained the empty box on the right hand side, but I’m not the only one who has it. I guess I’ll just have to check back to see if they answer that question. Grrrrrr.

In answer, no. Mine did not change and I don’t see any updates or strange squares. Link me the notice, if you don’t mind.
      Please and Thank You.

  3. Yes, working on the Joy and Lovingkindness aspects of life. Well, on Compassion, at any rate. I think I am feeling happier and more positive, but not any actual joy yet. However, I have faith (yes, me, having faith here!) that I will be able to feel it when the time is right.

I love the card. I am SURE I will find work in January at the latest, and with that company that has a fantastic philosophy and business model and pays really damned well. And my having this good fortune will benefit others because I will share my good fortune.

And I love the snow on the blog. I like how it follows my arrow!

    FAITH !!!

I knew it was in there somewhere.

  4. Today was a day I needed to apply lovingkindness to myself. It’s just been a down day for no reason at all. I hate those because I want to FIX it and it just doesn’t fix.

You’re getting a small box in the mail from shutterfly in a day or two . . . Just because I thought you’d like it.

    A box – GAH!!!

I’ll go sit on the curb right now!

  5. Well here’s a synchronicity for you: I was just gifted a holiday tree by a total stranger! The little tree was right next to the door of Rite Aid as I went in to pick up my prescription, and I had to stop and fondle it, it was so beautiful. And I noticed the tip of one branch had been broken, and was hanging there, and that made me want it all the more… but I really shouldn’t spend the money but it’s so perfect & beautiful, and its branch got broken but my house is a mess where will I put it but its so beautiful & I love it & I want it & it’s on sale it’s only $20 but I still shouldn’t spend the money. And all the while I’m standing there petting it.

And two men are coming into the store & one is saying he’s going to call such & such to see if they want anything & the other says “you want a Christmas tree” and the first says he’s going to ask whoever he’s calling if they want a Christmas tree, and I, joking, say “I do.” And the holding-the-phone-about-to-call-whoever man stops & jokes about giving me permission to take it, he’ll let me, and we stand there joking around, and then he asks if I really want it, and I say “to be honest, I do,” and he says “it’s Christmas, I’m going to buy it for you.”

So he does, and I thank him profusely & give him a hug, and he says “it’s Christmas, spread it around!” And so I’m spreading the Joy of the lovingkindness of a stranger. And then, to top it all off, as I walk away from the pharmacy counter the woman behind me knocks over the “stand here to protect others’ privacy,” sign, and it almost hits a girl, and I turn around and proclaim “don’t let the sign hit you” not even realizing the connection to the ongoing joke until it’s out of my mouth, and you pop into my head, and i just bust out laughing!

    Here’s yer sign. 😉

  6. Lovingkindness! I had my fill with family and loved ones in Australia. Just got back yesterday. With all that love and support, and going dark for two weeks: no FB, Twitter or email, I am refreshed and ready to work. : ) Hope you all had a delightful Thanksgiving.

I was wondering where you were!
    Glad you are home safely.
