Tiny Good.

The amount of behind that I am right now is getting to an overwhelming state.  And I don’t do well with “overwhelming.”  So we’re going to continue with bare bones blogging tonight.

Earlier I woke up wondering if there was a saying about how some days we’re the nut, and some days we’re the squirrel.  If there isn’t such a phrase, there should be.

Today’s message is linked to yesterday’s, now that we have prepared,

keep the small details in mind.

Not like, be all consumed by the useless minutia of day-to-day life, but more along the lines of watching out for how the little things add up.  As we know, this path we are on is where we chose to be at this time, so the seemingly insignificant bits are also what/where/how they must be right now.

As I stood before our card altar, I was directed to leave the rotation.  So that we could receive this message as our daily draw.

oracle cards, gods and goddesses and angels, justice messages

“Goddess of Justice  ~

What seems an injustice is actually a blessing.

You feel that a certain situation in  your life is in some way unfair.  Yet be assured that justice, which is the natural state of balance inherent in the universe, does exist.  Justice is actually the universal law of cause and effect through which all in life is kept in balance.

The recent event which you perceive to be unfair is actually a blessing in disguise, here to guide you towards your highest purpose.  It is understandable that you cannot see the blessing at this time, however the Goddess of Justice is asking you to surrender the strong emotions and resentments you’ve attached to this situation.

Trust!  By letting go of this issue she will help clear your path and create the space for something wondrous to occur.”

(An aside, I have no idea why the color is SO off on this illustration, but it is.)

(Additional aside, if you haven’t done the lake of gems meditation from yesterday’s card, go back and grab a Quick Moment to do that.  It’s totally worth it.)

  1. So, according to the Goddess of Justice, drowning my phone for the second time in six months is a blessing in disguise. I will look at it in that manner. I find it embarrassing how much I miss it…

I am so sorry for your loss.
Since I’ve become SO attached to mine, I can only imagine the pain.

  2. Well, we both know how we see a certain event in my life as unfair vs. planned. But we can agree to disagree. 🙂

As for thinking my freelance gig just dropping me was unfair, I’ve decided that if they had a problem and didn’t tell me, even after I asked them, it’s not my problem. I’m going to get an amazing job through this consulting/staffing company in January. I know it.

Julie, sorry you are overwhelmed! I know how hard that is and I know how much progress you’ve made along dealing with it. Feel free to email, call, or text me if you just need someone to hold your hand, virtually, for a moment. Always here for you. Sending vibes that what’s overwhelming you diminishes until it’s as small a lizard and you can easily pick it up and put it in your pocket if you so choose.

I will always carry this little lizard now. Until it is time to let zir go.
    So perfect. Thank you!

  3. Skye, I love this! “Sending vibes that what’s overwhelming you diminishes until it’s as small a lizard and you can easily pick it up and put it in your pocket if you so choose.”

Never heard one about a squirrel, just the one about the bear. “Sometimes you eat the bear, sometimes the bear eats you.”

Okay, that means we invented it. Good for us.

    Squirrel!
