In my conversation with *A* yesterday, we both observed what interesting timing the Universe has. Like how, after all of this inner work I’ve been doing, after these years have gone by, the mall job reappears. Physically. Out of nowhere.
And last night, I spoke with my mother on the phone. She and Dad are trying to purchase a singular piece of furniture, with a peso or seven that they’ve saved, to replace an old, extremely worn-out version. Everywhere they’ve been lately, the answer has been a resounding “no!“
You guys know how she is, when she’s frustrated, she yells skyward. Then, when her tantrum has come to end, she gets a response. The answer she heard recently was that “all in good time” actually means, “all in GOD’S time, Diane. MY time, not yours”
Which made me think of the many reminders we receive here about Perfect Timing and Faith. Then, when I woke up today, I was handed the punchline to this entire joke.
What is called for now is a great big huge laugh.
“Oh hey,” the Universe (and my mother’s God) says, “not really being amused at your expense, just merely seeing the funny in ALL of Life.” So, yeah. We really are best suited to just be in on the joke, and accept the fact that WE wrote this plan originally.
Then, when I was directed out of our regular rotation on the card altar, a validation showed up. Yep, it sure is amusing. (She said, ever so fucking sarcastically.)
“Angel of Manifestation ~
Your efforts, determination, and perseverance have paid off.
Something you have yearned for, dreamt of, and worked towards is about to manifest. Yet this is not a time for wild elation.
Keep your focus and balance and do not lose sight of your original purpose. Quietly give thanks to your angels, to God/Goddess, and the Universe for this blessing. Continue on silently with your work.”
See what happens? We are handed a gift, just when we get this close to giving up. Laughter and gratitude are the only (positive) responses that feel right.
