The weather?  Still hot, very hot.  I was so sweaty tonight in the pool that our salty, therapeutic,  solar-heated water didn’t even feel that warm.  Because it was cooler than ME!  Moving on.  It’s gonna be a short one.

Let’s get right to it so that I can go put my feet up and have something with ice in it.  Our channeled message arrived slightly jumbled.  I just wrote down what I heard.

ripple effect.

So.  Make what you will of that.  I’m going with the idea of how everything we do makes a difference to everyone, everywhere.  And that the Universe is simply reminding us of this fact.

On our card altar, we’ve returned to the regular rotation, for a short, but welcome sign of things to come.

“Blessings  ~

Count your blessings.

A grateful heart attracts more joy,

and prosperity.”

This, the last line, needs to be an affirmation.  I’m going to take the card around with me for a few days, repeating it.  And wow.  How nicely does it go along with yesterday’s?  Talk about validation!

  1. New strategies with the dentist – necessary I’m sure but – yikes!
You’re having hot summer. We’re having a gloomy one. It’s a good thing I started the Stimulight thing.

I want to know more about your Stimulight program!

  2. Back again. I just bought the kindle romance book of the day. I haven’t read it yet but I have a feeling you would really like it, too. I think I remember you having a kindle app on your pc. Is that right? If not, ignore this.
The Biscuit Witch by Deborah Smith – This is a sentence out of the summary:
“My mother could cast spells on total strangers simply by setting a plate of her biscuits in front of them.” $1.99 today.

Nope, still have to read books made of paper.

  3. Very warm here, too. Even with my tolerance for heat, I finally gave up the light, big living room for the dark cave of the family room because the cave is cooler. And last night I promised I would go out and water the berry plants this morning. And morning is moving on. So I’ll get out there before my shower.

Good messages, as usual. I’ve been letting things go, including my nightly gratitude practice. Need to reincorporate that into my routine, rather than staying up until I can barely keep my eyes open then falling unconscious.

J3: that sounds like a fun book!

Night time routines (especially ones that include gratitude and/or journaling work) are some of the BEST ways to make sure you get good sleep.

  4. Totally awesome messages!!! And I can attest to the effectiveness of gratitude, as I got my job at a time when I was completely broke but doing everything in my power to stay in a vibration of gratitude & visualization that I had abundance & financial security (man, oh man, was that ever difficult… I had no idea how I was going to pay the next month’s rent, and yet I would not let myself worry at all… it’s tough to re-train yourself that way, but it SOOO works!)… and now I do!!!

And I still have very little free time, but I am so joyful! I love what I’m doing, even if I am doing it for a sociopathic boss (from the behavior I’ve observed I honestly believe he literally is a sociopath). He is there so rarely and for such short periods that it is easy to deal with our very occasional interactions.

Hope you can find ways to stay cool & comfortable!

Great work on your positivity! We need to send that psycho love; drown him in light, and have faith that the Universe will send him on. Or simply keep him out of your path.
