Are any of you familiar with the term Clean Eating or similar phrases? I’m just now hearing about this as a concept, and have recently requested a few books from the library. Han is also bringing me a new one as well, which is not exactly using these words but it’s close.
Apparently it’s pretty much what I’ve been doing now for a while. Hardly any processed “dirty” food items and mostly plant-based. A trend? Partially. But also it’s about education. I’ve discussed this with various family members lately, and I feel sad that we are just NOW learning what is REALLY good for us. Not what has been marketed and falsely set upon our innocently ignorant tables.
Yes, I’m glad that I finally know this. So, to spin it back to the positive and the metaphysical, I was meant to discover these sources now, and not before. Which only marginally leads us to our daily draw. I have a difference of opinion here, from what Doreen believes to be her truth and what I have come to understand. So, if I’m wrong, as I was about the truth in food, then I’ll be grateful for my knowledge when I receive it. But if I’m right, well. That’s nice too.

While I don’t believe in singular “soul mate” manifestations here on the Earthly plane, I do completely believe in deep soul-connecting relationships, both romantic and otherwise. Since this may apply to many of you as it stands, I welcome you to leave it as is. But if it feels as though there may be other levels to it, let’s tweak the message a bit and open it up to others who perhaps aren’t searching for that fictitious (and often unattainable) situation.
Let’s just approach this as a gratitude for those relationships we have which are deep and fulfilling, making a note to say Thank You to our loved ones, taking the time to acknowledge how much we appreciate our special connections. And since we are destined to meet more people, because this is simply another way we can share and learn, let’s also be open and willing to accept those new relationships with a warm and relaxed manner, the way this definition mentions.
When we’re nicely comfortable in who we are we’re also comfortable in our relationships. We are comfortable enough to also welcome new connections, adding these new friends and soon-to-be loved ones, to our family of soul students, folks who walk a path similar to our own. Since there are no mistakes in the Universe, instead we are blessed with helpful lessons, it’s always interesting to see who we get to meet next.
One of my own personal challenges is learing to be patient. I am not doing well with it. I was antsy and anxious today. This guy was only partly responsible.
Innocent appearing isn’t he? Well, take it from me, he’s not. I woke up to find messes on the guest room floor. Again. It’s now just common. And it makes me unhappy every single time. Other than that (and forcing me out of bed over an hour BEFORE my alarm was set to go off), he was delightful!
We’re all quickly approaching a crisis point though. Let’s cross our collective fingers and aim those positive intentions towards the perfect home for the two of them. NO ONE wants them to be homeless again (or to live here).

Even though we did get some nice cloud-free hours today, it is still cold here. Cold enough for new knitwear? Maybe.
This is a variegated yarn blend (two separate colors actually) that we picked up yesterday. It’s for a hat we saw on display in a local shop. Dan needs challenging projects, and this one should be nicely interesting. Also, even if it warms up around here soon, winter WILL come back.
