Signs, Symbols, Omens, and Messages Wafting In.

We seem to be in the middle of a bird trend right now.  Or one with feathers, at least.  Today’s daily draw has an amazing illustration.  With some tiny details I hope you guys will be able to see clearly.  It’s funny, the last few times we got this one, I didn’t notice some of these.  Or more likely, I wasn’t SUPPOSED to notice them, so I didn’t.

“The Winged Wise Ones  ~  34  ~

angelic help, miraculous aid

Always Allies and never Challengers, the Winged Wise Ones represent the aid of all the angels.  When you enter their realm, know that your sincere prayers will be answered according to the will of the Divine.  This also represents Divine intervention and the potential of miracles to heal and transforms as if by magic.

Have faith, whatever your circumstances: Heavenly beings are watching over you.  The Winged Wise Ones give  you a glimpse of the future by offering messages whispered on the wind.  These are translated within you as inspired thought, instantly unraveling the past and revealing the present.

Be aware of the Higher Consciousness in you.  This is a good time to observe your thoughts through meditation.  Who is observing those thoughts?  That Self is kin to the Winged Wise Ones, who have come to help you soar.”

We haven’t talked about Infused Knowledge* in a while (if ever), but this is what today’s definition reminds me of.  How thoughts, solutions, ideas, and memories just POP into our heads.  Or do they?  Many times they are angelic visions and guidance.  As an example, I know that my dear friend on the Other Side has recently been showing me reminders of times that we had together which were fun and loving moments in our lives.

*This has lots of different meanings, but I am most familiar (and comfortable) with the Sylvia Browne version.

When we see feathers, or other physical signs, we are being given a gift.  We are being handed a thought or message, the physical manifestation of that is the emblem, the item itself that we can see in front of us.  The more we look, the more of them will appear.  Like that single example resting on the pedestal in this image.  So clear, when we know what to look for.

urban deer

Sent from Dan’s phone.

Not sure what these two are here to tell us right now, but I’ll figure it out.  Once he finishes the side fence though, they may not be showing up as often.  Not a problem, there are tons of other yards they can hang out in.

While my Beloved was having a super fun time (vacation!) loading the truck for a dump run (and taking pictures for us), I took the bike out for a ride.  (I asked if wanted me to help, he did NOT!)  There were several messages made pretty clear as I pedaled along my regular 5 mile Route.  One of them being: let it go.  So, that’s what I did.  I’m giving it over to these Winged Wise Ones.

(This situation has to do with my mom and dad, the moving/not moving, no buyer for the horse, health concerns.  Both are doing better, she is awaiting more holy water.  For him this time.

The procedure seems to have helped, but now they have to deal with expensive prescriptions there is no money to pay for.  It’s a struggle, but I’m making sure that my gratitude is evident.  They may be in a difficult spot, but at least we have them around, to be difficult up close and in person.)

porch dogs

“I’ll be right here if you need me.”

Here’s our Daily Dog.  Max, keeping an eye on The Burrow, and all who reside here.  He was saving us from the hose earlier, so here you can clearly see that he needs to rest after that arduous effort.  Seriously, outside/porch chairs are SUCH a good idea!

Wisdom Of The Hidden Realm Oracle Cards by Colette Baron-Reid

Today’s Affirmation, from Louise Hay and Cheryl Richardson:

When Driving

I am surrounded by good drivers, and I send love into all the cars around me.

My ride is easy and effortless.

My drive goes smoothly, and more quickly than I expect.

I feel comfortable in the car.

I know this will be a beautiful drive to my destination.

I bless my car with love.

I send love to every person on the road.”

Just thought I should mention, my Wee Walnut has had a dead battery for almost a month now.  One of the the other reasons I’ve been biking everywhere.  Oh well, I’m saving gas!

  1. That is a lovely card. I like the message too. Can’t wait for the cooler weather so I can be out more in nature and look for those messages.

    ~
They just seem to show up wherever we go! And isn’t that a cool thing.

  2. After my daughter had the blood clot in her lung she had to be on blood thinners for 6 months. There was no money for it. I don’t remember all the names but there are several programs like Astra Zeneca that pay for meds when you can’t. Different meds have different programs. It’s paperwork and it’s not simple. You can probably get a list of possible programs from the social worker at the hospital closest to you.
    Glad the procedure worked.
Sorry about the horse. Does it have to sell? If not you might be able to find a rescue program.
Sorry I’m just full of assvice tonight for some reason.

    ~
Assvice gladly welcome! Please don’t apologize.

Hospital social worker, hadn’t thought of that! But when she had her mastectomy after the last cancer incident, there was an advocate there who hooked them up with Medicaid. We need to get back in touch with someone about that again. Thanks!

    • Ditto on the assvice. I’m using one of the programs to get a lower copay on a drug (it’s still too expensive) and my friend found someone to take her horse for free, plus she works with a horse rescue operation and I could put you in touch with her.

      ~
I’m talking about this in tonight’s post, they can’t just give him away, but thank you for the offer.

  3. Love The Winged Wise Ones!!! A lovely reminder, and a beautiful card. I really like Colette Baron-Reid’s stuff, and a lot of the artwork in her decks. I am subscribed to her on facebook, and she often posts daily draws. I don’t think there have been many that I didn’t like, if any.

Continuing to send FGBV’s to your parents.

Glad Max enjoys the porch chair! We must have video of these hose heroics!

    ~
Oh the hose video, I’ll nag Dan about it for you. ;)

Yes, Colette is awesome! Emma and I saw her speak in Portland once, she is not only brilliant and hugely talented, but really funny too. Must (somehow) check out her page.

  4. Someday I’ll have a place to sit outside – there’s a foundation there now!

I’m seeing those messengers as surrounding me with calm today and tomorrow. My father-in-law, who does have a whole slew of things wrong with him, can bitch for hours about how much time he spends with doctors and how much above and beyond his insurance it costs him, and I can only look at him and think how incredibly lucky he is that he CAN afford to pay for it all. Many, many FGBVs for your parents and for the many, many people who have similar dilemmas.

    ~
Thank you so much! I know the loving thoughts help, I’ve seen proof of it.

You have a foundation now?! Deargawd, the progress is flying along! :P

  5. I like the affirmation. I have a much different one when I ride my motorcycle, but I will add this to the litany to encourage more attentive drivers. I have been treated to the geese flying in formation for a week or so now. I love to see them.

Great animal photos, both of the deer and of Max.

    ~
Great reminder, I need to memorize something similar for when I head out on two wheels too!

  7. Many FGBV’s to you and yours. Medical crap just sucks.

I was out hanging laundry yesterday and found a bunch of soft downy feathers that I felt the need to collect and bring into the house. I hope the bird they belonged to is alright.

    Max is adorable as usual.

    ~
I’ve been finding those around too, and I choose to believe that it means we have a fine and healthy crop of bright babies who’ve grown their adult wings so that they may fly freely into their new lives.

  8. symbols, signs and messages… ahahah my whole response was just outed by a power outage. Okay… new thoughts

I am missing my brother ( waves, the freaking waves) and perhaps he is a winged one. I can see that in him.
    I just feel lost tonight.

    ~
    We are here.

Feeling lost is not something unexpected. Shitty as the waves wash in, sure, but not a huge surprise. Simply part of this difficult process.

(And besides, it looks like all of your replies got in! So yes, thank your brother for that. ;) )

    • I know that I am not alone. I know that I am not anoymous. Julie I thank you for a forem where I can share all. I am so comfortable here. I realized. woke up to, I dunno. My dad always said, “If you are gong to cry, go to your room.”

      Dear Dad,
I am in my room. The freaking internet is ALSO in my room. I can cry all I want and there are people who want to help and not simply silence my tears.
      Loves,
      J.

      ~
Not only are you welcome here, we look forward to seeing you. With, as my mom says, tears in your ears, or not. :D

      • Your letter brings tears to my eyes. I cried alone in my room, as well. It sucks! Cry all you want, you will not be ignored here… and that is what makes Julieland the most wonderful place!

        ((((HUGS & LOVE))))

  10. Medical stuff is difficult. I can afford my stuff, but it’s only cuz of my small inheritance and the drugs and copays and deductible are rapidly eating into it. Many FGBVs to your parents and finding and getting them what they need.

I like the driving affirmations. I may print them out and say them out loud before every trip!

    ~
You could transcribe them and add some nice borders, decorations, graphics, or fun font style. Then print it on card stock so it would be sturdy.
