On our card altar today we have come to the end of our first rotation with the crystals. I’m feeling that, as we arrive back to this spot next time, I need to just shuffle them and start another circuit. I’ve learned so much from this initial time through, we can totally do it again.
In googling around just now I found (here) this fascinating piece:
“Stichtite is usually found as a deposit on another mineral, for instance, serpentine. It is rarely found in veins from which half inch or inch thick pieces of the pure mineral can be taken. Stichtite is formed when continental plates collide. It brings one higher awareness of one’s emotions. In the home, it creates a tranquil environment, and can be useful in adapting children’s behavior so that it is more acceptable. It also encourages one to be true to one’s word, to keep an open mind, and to treat all ( including oneself ) with gentleness. Stichtite eases the passage of Kundalini energy through the Heart chakra.”

meditation, clearing your energy centres, detoxifying your thoughts
Fear and negative thoughts are preventing you from experiencing peace and joy in your life. They are blocking your creativity, and as a consequence, your life seems dull and dreary.
You can change this situation by consciously choosing to love and trust the universe instead of fearing it. Sit quietly in meditation and invoke the healing power of love, imagining yourself bathed in beautiful healing energies. Visualize all the colours of the rainbow swirling within and around you. Feel these beautiful healing colours flowing through your mind and heart and imagine your thoughts being infused with eternal light.
Practice this each day as it will help transform your negative and fearful thoughts to positive inspirations.
There is nothing to fear, you are eternally surrounded by love.”
I like it when we receive Divinely infused ideas such as this one. A new Quiet Three Minutes focus? Yes, please. Even if this is not what you think you NEED right now, go with it (humour me).
We are not always in charge of this shit, ya know. Sometimes we will be sent a message and we don’t have a clue as to why. I think in this case it’s more about opening ourselves up to that “detoxifying” and “clearing” element (at least, I know it is for me right now). We can ALL spare three minutes to tune in.
Our Daily Dog is a combo this afternoon. Max is modeling the third tester bag I’ve tried to use for one of my bike errands.
Again, moderately successful. This one is just really a purse with a super long, wide strap. No clue where it came from, it was in that closet I searched the other day. On the plus side, my water bottle situation is probably all good and fixed now.
I hope everyone can see this tiny, fluffy feather. First one like it that I’ve seen in months.
Oh! This just in! Dan is watching a baseball game (of course he’s watching a baseball game!) and he looked over to see someone all cozied up close. Phone photo!
Have I mentioned that my Grand Dog is the size of a cat? Yeah, I try not to think about it. He’s a dog, he’s a dog, he’s a dog . . . .
